The provincial budget comes down March 24th and the Canadian Federation of Independent Business has released its top budget priorities.
The CFIB's top budget priorities are sticking to planned tax cuts, reining in spending and reducing red tape to fuel economic momentum. Other priorities include education property tax relief, limiting annual spending increases to inflation and population growth. Results from a CFIB pre-budget survey reveals there is no appetite for delaying tax cuts. 64 percent support the government keeping the current tax cut plan and 31 percent of the 300 respondants support cutting taxes further. |
